I opened my boutique law firm in Fort Worth, Texas in March 2013. By owning my own firm I am able to give each client the right level of service for their case. My primary clients before Covid were bar owners and operators, commercial property landlords, developers, and small businesses. During the pandemic’s height, I reviewed my cases and decided to pursue more real estate litigation cases. Adding more depth in real estate litigation allows me to directly help more homeowners, property buyers and sellers, and real estate license holders.
I still enjoy having an ongoing business relationship with many of my business clients which allows me to tailor my legal advice to help advance the client’s business venture and protect their legal interests. By handling more real estate litigation cases, I get to help individual property owners protect their property, their investments, and their family’s generational wealth.
I love a challenge and the law; I am naturally competitive and work hard on every case. There are no guarantees in litigation, and the facts of each case determine the likelihood of success. You must make a business decision regarding your goals in litigation, and I will work hard to guide you towards the decisions that work for you.
